The company is incredibly slow to respond. After canceling my car insurance, I promptly returned the Chipin with track and trace. Yet, €75.00 was debited from my account... After calling briefly to discuss the deal, we agreed to forward the track and trace, but we ended up reversing the charge ourselves. Ultimately, we received no response other than a new invoice for the Chipin... * Update 20-08 * The requested information below was sent to Risk. * Update 21-08 * RISK Insurance promptly called back, and the problem was acknowledged and resolved efficiently. Internally, they are making some adjustments to prevent this from happening again. Excellent insurance. Luckily, my home contents insurance covered electronics. My daughter accidentally dropped her cell phone. It wasn't even a year old, that is. Repairing it wasn't possible, and I received a refund for the purchase price of the same phone.

Apparently, I had misdirected the first claim form. It was returned to me. After consulting with RISK, they allowed me to send a copy by email, even without a photo. Very customer-friendly from RISK.
